Hello, I come back to you and I`m sorry that it bothers you but I`m waiting for a refund and all parties pass the buck and I`m looking for a solution to my problem and no one seems to want to refund my flight which was canceled. I took a plane ticket on gotogate via flexflight which transmitted to its partner Jetair from Paramaribo to Kingston on 08/17/23 at 1:30 p.m. which was canceled. The flight is W22200 operated by Jetair. Gotogate is waiting for the refund from flexflight to send it to me, except that Flexflight disclaims responsibility and asks to contact the partner company, namely Jetair. is it possible that you contact your Flexflight partner in order to proceed with the reimbursement and that he forwards it to the gotogate agency.
