Bonjour Je suis déçue par la compagnie Air Newzealand car son intransigeance et son manque d`empathie qui nous a valu une dépense non prévue pour acheter de nouveaux billets pour rentrer en France. Il est vrai que nous nous sommes présentés à l `enregistrement à Napier un peu juste en horaire mais mon passeport étant rejeté par la machine il a fallu trouver quelqu`un pour nous enregistrer ce quelqu`un est allé chercher une manager pour resoudre le problème et `heure tournait et quand mon passeport allait passer :` Désolé c`est fermé ` l`avion ne decollait que 30mn après ! Nous avons expliqué qu`on rentrait en France rien n`y a fait!tous nos billets etaient perdus! Frustration d`autant plus importante qu`on nous averti trop tard que notre correspondance à Aukland était retardée de 2h à cause du volcan philippin ! Avec de la compréhension de la part du personnel d`air Newzealand nous aurions pu voyager avec nos billets retour prévus. De cela il n`en n`est rien et je suis très déçue... Chose bizarre , nous n`avons pas payé l`avion du lendemain. Napier-Aukland ?....
